the reception staff were nice enough. the location was acceptable, fairly close to the train station.

i found a few things disappointing. the pillows were not good at all. when i lay down, they completely flattened. also, there were no coffee making facilities in the room.. not even a bottle of water was provided. that was like a significant oversight..

THE room was SO clean with a very big bath. i saw the city hall tower from my window. THE hotel offered great value for the price i paid

i didn't find even a coffee machine OR tea in the room.
